For more information on Lblj I recommend watching all of the Ukikipedia videos since I don't go over more advanced tech like instant LJ and quickturn and those tricks save a couple seconds. (but they're substantially more diffficult)
I also don't recommend newer players to do this trick in runs but I do recommend learning it to all players since the skill floor is decently low and it can definitely improve your timing skill for tricks.
TLDR ukikipedia is good, and has inputs on examples
