Non Invariance of Wave equation under Galilean Transformations

Описание: Newtonian mechanics is invariant under Galilean transformations. That means the laws of mechanics do not change with change of reference frame. But is it true for other theories in Physics? For example Electrodynamics? No. In fact the wave equation that explains propagation of electromagnetic waves (light) changes its form with change in frame. That means it is not invariant under Galilean transformations. This video gives its theoretical proof.
