SINGLE SERVE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA PUDDING

Описание: Single serve peanut butter banana pudding recipe that is quicker and easier to make in less time and with less mess than with the conventional method. This "nanna pudding" and "nilla wafer" favorite is perfect for small servings that can be single-served in parfait or pudding cups for parties or picnics. The creamy peanut butter takes this dessert to a different level.

Servings: 4-5 8-ounce servings cups (if you need more, just increase the ingredient amounts)

Shopping List:
2 bananas, sliced
About 1 cup mini Nilla Wafers
3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
8 ounces whipped topping

Directions:
Prepare instant vanilla pudding per package directions.
Slice the banana into about 1/4 inch slices.
Place peanut butter in a jar and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds or until thoroughly melted.
Crumble up a few Nilla wafers. You'll also need some whole ones.

A few options for serving dishes include 8 ounce canning jars with lids, plastic or glass pudding/ice cream dishes, disposable plastic snack/wine cups with lids, or any other single serve dishes you'd like to use.

Layer your serving cups as follows: peanut butter, wafers, bananas, vanilla pudding and whipped topping, repeat. Top with crushed Nilla wafers, and a banana slice. Optional: press whole Nilla wafers along the top edge pressing them into the mixture.

Lightly cover you serving dish with plastic wrap, or lid, and chill in the fridge a couple hours before serving. If taking on a picnic, place in a cooler with frozen cold packs.

When ready to serve, top with whipped topping and enjoy!
