When it comes to getting a buy-to-let mortgage as a first time buyer, it's a known fact that it's not as simple as just having a 25% deposit!
In my experience i've found that lenders are a lot more focused on a first timers AFFORDABILITY. This is, the likelihood that a first time buyer will be able to keep up with mortgage repayments - considering they've never owned a home before; and have also never landlord experience!

In this video I share how I was able to overcome this hurdle and how you can also get a buy-to-let mortgage as a first time buyer!
