Описание: In this episode I speak with Dr. Melissa Sell about how your body’s symptoms tell the story of your inner conflicts. She shares Germanic New Medicine as a system of understanding the vast intelligence of the body, and how biological programs trigger in the body as a response to stress, shock and trauma. She describes several examples of symptoms (i.e. joint pain, skin problems, stubborn weight gain) and what inner conflicts would cause those symptoms (i.e. I’m not good enough, feeling attacked, abandonment). She says that the moment that most of us wonder, “What’s wrong with me?” when physical symptoms arise, is when the body is actually in resolution mode. She offers a whole new way of understanding our body and encourages us to tap into our inner wisdom to make choices about our health.
