Today at the lounge, we make a quick and easy meal of Chicken Parmesan with everyone's favorite Psycho Dad!
Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breast halves
2 eggs
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan (for the bread crumb mix)
2 tbs all-purpose flour (more if needed)
1/2 cup olive oil for frying
1/2 cup prepared tomato sauce
1/4 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small slices/cubes
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup grated provolone cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
