Bukit Batu Pahat, Kuala Kubu Bharu | AWARIS | 2022

Описание: Bukit Batu Pahat located in Kuala Kubu Bharu, Selangor is one of the trail suitable for newbies. For about 1 hour of hiking via off-road (4x4), you will be served with a breathtaking view.

The normal starting point is near the arch of Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara Peretak. The trailhead is beside the huge “Taman Luncur Udara KKB” sign. The whole trail is via off-road, so you’ll encounter some 4x4 vehicles going up and down the hill.

75% of the trail, incline upwards. Hikers might get tired quickly. Please bring plenty of drinking water and some candy. I would also recommend to bring hiking sticks for support; it will be helpful during descends from the peak.

There are a few landmarks hikers can visit such as the peak where you can enjoy the breathtaking mountains scenery and watching paragliders preparing for take off. Upon reaching the peak, hikers can visit Batu Belah & Batu Kambing.

If you need to pee and do your business, toilet is provided at the peak. No need to dig a hole on the ground.

Overall, I recommend beginner hikers to come to BBP. The trail is not confusing at all, just need to follow the path.

I went here on the 20th of August 2022 with my colleagues from AWARIS. We had lunch at Kolam Air Panas Kerling by buying takeout from a restaurant at KKB town.
