Over the past year, the course has seen thoughtful upgrades that make it both safer and more enjoyable. The route now includes minor adjustments for better flow, and those once-sneaky rocks, roots, and stumps have been painted for visibility — a big step forward on a trail that’s always had a few tripping hazards.
You’ll share the route with friendly mountain bikers, adding to the energy of a space that celebrates the outdoors. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a Cape Town regular making the trip for a weekend in the Overberg, you’ll find this parkrun worth every kilometre.
