Crispy Tornado Potato In Air Fryer 🤟
Ingredients and steps:
1 medium potato
Place two wooden spoons on the sides
I tried with chopsticks but they were too thin
Cut the potato with straight cuts
Then flip the potato
Cut diagonally on the other side
Insert a skewer into it
Push it all the way through
Carefully stretch the potato on it
🌼For Coating:
1 tbsp plain all purpose flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp Chipotle seasoning
Or use peri peri seasoning
Or use chaat masala
1 tsp garlic granules/powder
1 tsp onion granules/powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Mix everything. Coat the potato very well. Place it in your air fryer basket or tray.I lined it with baking paper.
Oil spray it very well Air fry at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
Flip after 15 minutes. Oil spray the other side.
Air fry for another 5 minutes.
