Описание: Erin and Matt’s wedding was a wonderful combination of vintage and rustic elements. Homage was paid to the fantastic roaring twenties in their wedding invitations, the bridal party’s pearl necklaces and in Erin’s gorgeous wedding gown. And rustic elements were certainly represented in their choice of venues.

Erin and her bridesmaids got ready for the big day at her family home. It was such fun to film them as they prepared for the wedding event. Erin’s beautiful wedding gown was distinctly vintage. Her long champagne colored dress was covered in lace and featured a coordinating sheer, short jacket for the ceremony. She accented her wedding outfit with a pearl necklace, a delicate hairband made up of tiny roses and a stylish birdcage veil. With her rich lipstick color and dramatic makeup, she definitely exemplified a classic 1920s era bride. She was simply stunning!

Erin’s lovely bridesmaids wore matching mint green knee length dresses. The mint and champagne colors looked beautiful together! They all carried bouquets featuring delightful calla lilies for the ceremony and formal photos with Paul Francis Photography.

Matt was a very handsome groom wearing a light suit and a champagne tie that coordinated wonderfully with Erin’s gown. His groomsmen wore matching suits, but went slightly more casual without the jackets on this warm, summer day. Their attire was perfect for a rustic, summer wedding.

Once they were all dressed and ready, Erin’s father got the chance to see her for the first time before the day’s events. We loved watching Erin and her father’s first look! They were so happy that they couldn’t stop laughing! The joy shared by everyone on this day was unmistakable. Erin and Matt decided to skip a first look of each other and went directly to the chapel at Mount Saint Mary Academy in Watchung, NJ for their ceremony.

Their Catholic ceremony was beautiful and traditional in nature. We simply loved how their officiant described the couple as perfect for each other, that they deserved each other, and how he challenged them to make their marriage a reflection of God in the world with compassion, patience and forgiveness, with trust as the cornerstone. Erin and Matt recited their vows and officially became husband and wife!

Then, it was time to venture to Perona Farms in Andover for their reception! They chose to hold their event in The Barn, which was recently added to the venue’s list of locations after an extensive renovation. This venue featured rustic, exposed wood walls and ceiling beams highlighted with stunning violet uplighting. Long banquet-style “farm” tables were set up to strengthen and promote a casual, family atmosphere.

We loved strolling around the grounds of Perona Farms with Erin and Matt and their wedding party to capture both fun and quiet moments on film. Again, Paul took more amazing photographs for the couple to treasure. Please, check out some of his photos of Erin and Matt’s wedding on his blog!

Back inside the barn, guests continue to dance, laugh and celebrate the love of Erin and Matt, knowing that this couple has truly found their soul mate and partner for life. Congratulations to Erin and Matt!
