On todays video, I am getting a little personal about a new journey that I’m taking. I’ve shared about having a wellness journal but it’s been more for just writing. Lately, my mental health has hit a huge decline and I’ve decided that I need to go ahead and take the plunge into therapy & some programs go benefit my mental health.
