Improve your hip flexor strength and endurance so you can have better mobility when walking (especially up the stairs)
In this video, Jeff Gotte, M.Ed demonstrates a variety of steadypace® exercises that will help you improve overall strength with a special focus on your hip flexors, psoas major for better mobility and stamina.
For the best results, perform this workout session 2-3 times per week with always at least 48 hours in between to make sure you are fully recovering.
