In the medical wing, Dr. Lydia tackles a lineup of surgeries, including another double eye enucleation. Later, Dr. Marina comes by to perform an equine ultrasound check on Princess, who might be expecting. Meanwhile, Cydney and the crew transfer cleared, healthy horses from quarantine into the general population.
