HP PA12W - Functional White 3D Printed Parts with Vapor Smoothing

Описание: PA12W is HP's newest material for Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing). It allows for the production of fully functional parts with a bright white finish that can be useful in applications where cleanliness is a concern, and it can be dyed with vibrant colors vs. traditional HP PA12 parts that are dark gray. However, when trying to post-process these parts further with AMT (or equivalent) Vapor Smoothing for water tightness and chemical resistance, random speckles appear on the part's surface, as microscopic particles are present in the untreated parts. At i-SOLIDS we have successfully addressed this problem by pre-treating the parts without the need for a 100% isolated, controlled environment, reducing operating costs.
