Описание:
Begin by sitting or standing upright in your neutral position.
Now slowly bend your neck forward as far as is comfortably possible making sure not to arch your back.
Once achieved, slowly return your head to your upright position and then repeat the exercise.
The movement should be smooth and controlled and you should continue to breathe normally.
To finish, carefully return your head to your starting position.
