Описание: In December 2025, I trekked to the breathtaking Tilicho Lake, one of the highest lakes in the world, located high in the Himalayas of Nepal. This incredible side trek is part of the legendary Annapurna Circuit and is considered one of the most beautiful and adventurous detours along the route.

The journey to Tilicho Lake takes you through remote Himalayan landscapes, small mountain villages, and dramatic high-altitude terrain. One of the most challenging sections is the famous Landslide Area between Shree Kharka and Tilicho Base Camp, where the trail crosses steep, rocky slopes and unstable ground. With deep valleys below and towering peaks all around, this part of the trek requires focus and careful steps.

But the reward is unforgettable. After a long climb, the trail finally reaches the stunning turquoise waters of Tilicho Lake at an altitude of 4,919 meters (16,138 ft). Surrounded by the towering Himalayan peaks of Tilicho, Nilgiri, and the surrounding mountains, the landscape feels almost unreal.
