Описание: In Sirsasana (supported Headstand), the first step is key-- take the shoulders away from the ears to engage the shoulder girdle. This gives you a solid and stable foundation. From there, inhale and on an exhale make as if to roll toward the forehead. As you roll toward the forehead, the body weight naturally shifts. You will notice a bit of a "tipping points." Upon noticing this shift, press firmly into the earth and expose the possibility of lifting the head ever so slightly away from the earth. A practice in strength, alignment, trust and a subtle lift.
