This is an American Pale Ale— a refreshing, hoppy beer that’s golden-amber in color and full of fresh American hops. This beer is coming up next in my Winter Beer Pairing series and will be paired with a delicious and zesty Cilantro Lime Chicken recipe that you’re gonna want to save for game day.
This beer is medium-bodied with an off-white head and finishes at just under 6% ABV. It is dry-hopped with Mosaic and Amarillo hops which load it to the top with notes of citrus and tropical fruit.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
Golden Promise malt (86%)
Flaked Barley (8%)
Munich (3.5%)
Crystal 40 (2.5%)
Chinook, Amarillo, Citra, & Mosaic hops
