5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement practice -- a practice of being in your body -- that ignites creativity, connection, and community.
A creative, free-form moving meditation, 5Rhythms enables us to find our own dance of embodied feeling and to discover ourselves at our most fluid and creative level. It is a safe space where we can explore ourselves: bodies, emotions, minds, and hearts. On the dance floor there are no rules: no movements to memorize, no right way to move, and no wrong way to express.
