Welcome to the 5th annual University of Rhode Island Virtual Guitar Festival and Rising Star Competition. We will kick off the festival with two special musicians, Irish (Brahms) 8-string classical guitarist Redmond O’Toole and American Blues guitarist and MacArthur “Genius” Fellow, Corey Harris.
