Come with us while we try and rank eight of Prague's best foodie spots. We are in Prague and we have so much super super tasty food to try. We've got some traditional restaurants booked, some not so traditional ones as well. And the Czech's drink more beer per capita than any other country in the world so I'm sure we're going to be able to find some great Czech beers here as well. We are on our way to breakfast this cafe is meant to be super lux and super beautiful. Yeah it's a bit of a fancy breakfast this morning, we're on our way to Cafe Savoy. Super excited to go to this cute historical cafe.

We had a delicious breakfast including some cheeky mimosas. We had a French breakfast and you had some nougat crepes which were super decadent but delicious, good way to start the day. A nice relaxing Sunday morning brunch. It was a beautiful restaurant but there's a big queue out the front. I don't know waiting line for an hour for it. If you can get a booking to get in definitely go, but I don't know if it's worth waiting like an hour out the front for. Coming in at number seven is the Christmas Market food. There are no losers here so even at the bottom of the ranks the food was pretty darn good. We did have better market food this Christmas season though which is why this foodie location landed near the bottom of our list. If you're interested in those spots make sure you keep an eye out for the battle of the Christmas markets Vlog coming next week. I got some langos with garlic and cheese and Peter got the wood smoked ham. This is my first one of the season it looks really really good fluffy and oily freshly cooked.

So garlicky. Super Smokey flavor. I got some grilled smoked cheese with garlic sauce on top. Very garlicky, that's really nice. Freshly cooked potato chips! Do you have any seasoning? Just some light salt, which is all you need.. perfect, pipping hot... yum. Something a bit different than our usual mulled wine, I got a hot honey wine, let's give it a try. Oh that just tastes like very alcoholic hot honey. It's super sweet. Does it taste like wine at all or just honey? Mostly honey and like maybe rum. We're going to have a super traditional Czech meal at Parliament Restaurant. This place is meant to be incredible and I want basically everything on the menu, so let's go check it out.

We just finished up and it was a delicious meal. It definitely felt really traditional, we had lots of families and friends around us that were just meeting up for their casual midweek dinner. Very heavy though we're both so full, we had a delicious shredded beef dumpling dish with these dumplings filled with mushrooms and then this sort of beef stew on top.. super yum. And then a confit duck with some sort of mashed and sort of shredded potato underneath. Very good delicious winter food but very heavy. And how was your Czech beer? Big!
