Krzysztof Kęsek practicing Taiji Tui Shou with Chen Ziqiang. Krzysiek is a multiple National Champion and International Medalist in Full Contact Fights. (http://akademiawalk.pl/). Here, Taiji Tui Shou/Stand-Up Wrestling form of practice. You have to remain on the feet and do not let the opponent to throw you down or push you away from the fight area. Chen Ziqiang gives only as much power as he is given. His weight is about 40kg less than Krzysiek. Piotr Zięba acts as the referee. Jarek Jodzis practice the form in the background. Enjoy!
