Welcome to another episode of not another mental health podcast led by Dave, Becky, and Niall!
In this episode, we are joined by a wonderful guest, Sven Boulton, who shared a very deep and emotional story of their son, who sadly took their own life. Sven will be sharing how that event unfolded, how he has developed since then, and some advice he would share following his experience.
There were two things we want each episode to be about:
1. Educating ourselves and others on the subject of mental health
2. Doing it spontaneously, live and in the moment
There are no scripts and no set questions, it is all about free flowing conversation.
