Budapest is a city many associate with the River Danube, the second longest river in Europe. Aside from the gamut of architectural styles and unique spas, there is another side to the city worth visiting. In this video I'm going to take you on a small journey to where, in many aspects, the origin of Budapest began. Due to the abundance of water in the way of springs, Budapest attracted many civilizations from Celts to Romans and much later on the Ottomans. I will also briefly cover the vibrant heart footage of modern day Budapest on the left bank of the river at Pest.
