Ergonomic exercise is now becoming a common focus of ergonomists who are dedicated to keeping workers healthy & productive & to preventing workplace injuries and sickness.

Workers whose job requires repetitive gripping and repetitive motions (RSI) are at higher risk in developing carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis), DeQuarvain's tenosynovitis, golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis), and wrist extensor tendonitis, to name only a few of many.

Without proper workplace ergonomics and corrective ergonomic exercise, workers such as computer users, cashiers, assembly line workers, dentists, dental hygienists, surgeons, hairstylists, beauticians, carpenters, brick layers, trades people in general, cooks, chefs, bartenders, waitresses, mechanics, processing plant workers, truckers, etc. - anything that involves daily repetitive gripping - are at high risk to develop chronic and debilitating muscle and joint instability at the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow.

Ergonomics is a win win pursuit, saving the employer (company) money and creating happy healthy employees. It is a cost-effective and preventative way to reduce costs and increase productivity and acts as a model for national health care - chosing health care vs. disease care. Address the habits necessary to attain fundamental health and greatly reduce the costly reactionary disease care costs. Ergonomics is progressive!
