This video looks at the general process of creating ordered featues in Solid Edge. Ideally you will create features that are based on the coordinate system for a more robust model. It discusses using global or local sketches, the workflow with creating a feature and how to edit the feature.
It also discusses how to insert a feature part way through a feature tree and how features can be re-arranged, but is also limited by how the feature is created.
