Chicken patties in sweet chili sauce
600 grams of minced chicken breast
1/4 coriander case
1 large onion
3 tablespoons matzo flour or bread crumbs
1 teaspoon replete with salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup oil for frying the patties
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
1 egg
Instructions
Put in a large onion master slicer, a quarter of coriander, thinly chop and transfer to a bowl.
Add 600 grams of minced chicken breast, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons bread crumbs or matzo flour, 1 teaspoon heaped salt, half teaspoon black pepper, mix well and set aside.
In a wide pan, on a medium flame, heat half a cup of oil. When oil is hot, make about 12 patties and fry for about 2 minutes on each side.
Transfer the patties to a plate lined with absorbent paper. When you finish frying the patties, place in a small bowl half a cup of sweet chili sauce, dip each patty in the sauce and transfer to a serving plate.
