The inspiration to build Executive Wins happened when Gordon Sheppard was delivering the Effective Meetings Workshop to a group of senior leaders.
After the participants had spent a lot of time focussed on problems, Gord asked them…
“How do you celebrate?”
All eyes looked down and the leaders became quiet.
Then Gord follow up by asking, “Do you have a wins list?”
The room stayed quiet…
Then Gord helped these Executives learn how to build their first Wins List (and find authentic ways to celebrate).
This experience made him realize that many Executives need help learning how to win on a consistent basis, and so, Executive Wins was born.
