Farthest North Films
The majority of the films I producce are focused on indigenous traditions around hunting, fishing and gathering for food, medicine or products. My ethnographic training and an approach I frequently use, brings viewers into the lives of people sharing things they value most. I've made many films in the Iñupiaq language, working collaboratively with Elders who speak their language fluently and who want to be part of preserving endangered languages. I also help to bridge communication between scientists and remote community members so that every voice is heard and considered in research projects.
Check out my playlists and subscribed channels to see many more of the over 90 films that I have produced for other agencies and organizations or check out my website at www.farthestnorthfilms.com
