What makes a light “good?” Is it brightness? Reliability? Cost? Or could it be something more?

I’m James the Light Guy and on this channel I invite you to join me as I play with different automotive and household lighting solutions and give my thoughts on each item. I am an optimistic person by nature and I like talking about the Pros more than the Cons but I won’t hide the truth.

What qualifies me to talk about the lights? Well, I’m glad you asked. Nothing. There’s nothing special about me that makes me an expert in lighting. I’ve had a passion for lights since childhood and want to share that passion with anyone willing to listen.

My tests aren’t always the most scientific, but they are honest and consistent. Anyone should be able to grab similar tools and find the same results if they recreate what I’ve done.
