Eagle Iron Works
Eagle Iron Works was founded in 1872 by brothers George and Lawrence Aulmann in Des Moines, Iowa, where we have operated ever since. For over 145 years, we have served the aggregates industry with equipment that was built to last and proudly remain a leader in this market today.
In November 2012, McLanahan Corporation purchased the assets of Eagle Iron Works under EIW, LLC. Under this new name, the company has continued its long history of excellent product durability and quality for which we are known, while incorporating McLanahan’s values. Our strong dealer network allows us to serve nearly every state in the U.S. and Canada, and we look forward to our continued growth for years to come as part of the McLanahan family of companies.
