Usha's Kitchen

I am native of Tirunelveli, Southern India. I was born in a family with traditional values and a religious faith. My actual hands-on cooking and on-the-job training was after my marriage. Until then, I was exposed to theoritical lessons and of course with demos from my grandmothers and mother. I landed up in my life partner's place with hand written note book, full of recipes, of course traditional vegetarian!
​I have exposure to dishes and recipes of Northern India. After over four decades, I am what I am today in traditional and fast food preparations.
