Mariann Lipcsei
I am a Hungarian woman living on the Dodecanese archipelago in Greece, where I have been discovering the characteristics of the local landscape and culture since 2015 - which research is certainly blending with my own self discovery. This expanding body of work and insight on the Aegean sea provides me the fuel to share what I've found: through written materials (on my blog and at other venues - check linktree), photos, botanical artworks, audiovisual content, etc.
My interests: human integrity; interactions between a culture and the individual; recognizing nature's orderly movements and universal, permanent forces in the human (body and psyche) and their analogies in the non-human world; mythologems & archetypes in human consciousness; intimacy of being; healing and expanding through rebonding with the harmony of life; poetry and art as a means and an end in my life.
