Welcome to the official YouTube channel of the SIGNUM Saxophone Quartet! Featuring Blaž Kemperle (soprano), Jacopo Taddei (alto), Alan Lužar (tenor), and David Brand (baritone), SIGNUM fuses classical string quartet tradition with the energy of rock.
They’ve wowed audiences worldwide, including a debut at Carnegie Hall in 2013 and as ECHO “Rising Stars” in 2014/15. Their collaborations span genres, performing with artists like Daniel Hope, Fazil Say, Nils Frahm, and Chilly Gonzales.
Albums like Echoes (Deutsche Grammophon, 2021) and Chameleon (Berlin Classics, 2024) showcase their genre-defying sound. SIGNUM is a proud Selmer Paris Artist and “Ensemble in Residence” of Bayer Kultur since 2024.
