I have been involved with fine cuisine in one form or another for all of my adult life. I’ve worked in F&B for some of the best restaurants in America (most of which are in Las Vegas). Most of the recipes you'll see on my channel can be made in 1/2 hour or less and are cheaper, healthier, and just as tasty as anything you’ll find in a restaurant.
