Cooking has always been a creative process which combines ingredients with distinctive aroma or taste forged magically together to make something which tantalises your TasteBuds to awaken your spirits and to set you in the right mood.
A tiring day OR when ones mood is not right, the cooking process with the chopping of vegetables, the sound of the sizzle in the kadhai, the aroma of the tadka and those colourful ingredients mixing together, the changing of textures.. It sure brings Happiness and Fulfilment.
Centuries have passed and there is one thing which remains constant, and that’s the desire for good food.
I fell in love with cooking at an early age as I was blessed with good cooks in my family and since then I am treating my tasteBuds with variety of Therapies
I have realized that cooking and eating good and variety of food is the best "Therapy for me and my TasteBuds"
