Hi, I'm GLASYS (Gil Assayas). I'm a pianist & synth player, composer, producer and vocalist.
I love creating original music and also covers (mainly of video game tunes). Over the last decade I've been developing a left hand finger drumming and keyboard technique that allows me to play the bass and drum parts simultaneously. In many of my videos I challenge myself with live arrangements that incorporate this technique, in others I explore new gear, create MIDI art live or try to produce an entire track in an hour - basically, I have a lot of weird ideas and this channel is my place to express them.
I'm influenced by many different styles of music including classical, jazz, rock and electronic. I've been incredibly lucky to collaborate with some amazing musicians such as T-Pain and Todd Rundgren.
