I like to think of this channel as "Things I Wish I Could Teach My Younger Self."
I can't actually go back in time to teach myself anything, but maybe there's another young metalhead out there looking to learn about metal music production and they're feeling a bit overwhelmed. I want to help them.
I try to approach things a bit differently than many of my peers who are really good at explaining technical details. I'll be coming more from a philosophy & mindset direction, occasionally venturing into abstract analogies and animations to illustrate concepts and ideas.
We'll have some tutorials if I can keep it fun, and some behind the scenes looks at some of my work projects when I get permission. I'll also be exploring fun stuff like cover songs and original music videos, as well as requests for certain topics or covers if it's something I think I can pull off and seems like it would be fun.
My goal is to make it feel like a fun hang that you gain cool "knowledge nuggets" from.
