I make close up videos and photos from a wide range of different chips, also called 'die shots'.
Every modern chip is build with millions or billions of transistors arranged in amazing ways. Together they perform complex operations at ridiculous speeds. They are also build from several microscopic layers that I remove with some chemicals.
I attempt to show chips build for different markets, functions and from old to (slightly more) recent.
