Hi, my name is Paul Manson and I'm an ultra trail runner from Glasgow, Scotland... Welcome to the channel!
I love sharing my videos of my own adventures here in Scotland plus some epic races across the world. You can also expect to see some reviews of the kit I use, plus tips and hints from my 14 years experience of being an ultra runner.
Some of the stand out races include the Cape Wrath Ultra, Tor des Geants and the Lakeland 100.
I am also working my way through all of Scotland's Great Trails... A list of 28 routes ranging from 50km right up to the mighty Southern Upland Way at 350km!!
