Getting Fit With Calisthenics

I started a diet and tried to lose weight from 2019 At 5’3” 70kg, now (2020)i got to my ideal weight of 60-62 kg range.

I usually do 5 km runs 2x a week to stay in shape the past year. Then this quarantine (2020) made me discover body weight traning.

At age 43 (april 2020) I started doing calisthenics training, now is the only time i got the body i wanted, toned muscle but not muscular.

I will be posting development of skills I learn and their improvements along the way.
