This channel includes lecture and tutorial videos I have created on topics, tools, and techniques related to statistics, data analysis, human resource management, and their intersections. The vast majority of my tutorials use the programming language R to demonstrate data management, analysis, and visualization techniques. In general, my goal is to provide resources and tools that will help viewers find answers to important and interesting questions regarding human behavior.
I also embed many of the videos within my free eBook called "R for HR: An Introduction to Human Resource Analytics" (https://rforhr.com/). As of June 2024, the book is in version 0.1.7 and includes 74 chapters of conceptual content and R tutorials.
