Community Weatherman

Hi everyone! My name is Matthew Potter, and I’m a degreed meteorologist. I present all sorts of topics regarding the weather: experiments, classroom talks, forecast discussions, news and in-storm videos. Your comments/questions are very helpful in showing me what topics are important to you, which can be addressed in future videos. To those who subscribe, you can email me with a personal forecast inquiry! The forecast can be for anything important coming up: an outdoor event, a trip, at-home BBQ, etc. Just make sure to specify the date and timeframe needed. I will try to answer as many as possible!

Background: I have a B.S. degree in Meteorology and a M.S. degree in Atmospheric Science. I worked professionally as a weather forecaster for 6 years before challenging myself to a new career in 2018. I am currently a certified TAB (testing, adjusting and balancing) technician.
