A self-proclaimed No. 1 Stationery Youtuber in Qatar. I shop, use, keep and make videos about stationery & school supplies. As a Filipino pencil collector since 1997, I advocate for the use of stationery, such as a pencil and or a ballpen as a tool to continue handwriting and to not heavily rely on digital note-taking. I firmly stand that hand-eye-brain coordination is key for cognitive development even in adults. Also, stationery & school supplies are essential things to explore and enhance creative pursuits.
With the advancement of technology, handwriting may turn obsolete, as AI apps will soon dominate. The lesser use of hands will contribute to the decline of cognitive functions. To help preserve the integrity of the brain, the influence of stationery culture may save future generations from becoming robotic species.
