The Gothic Bookshelf
Hello! I am Laura, a PhD student of Comparative Literature who loves to read and discuss books from all over the world. My research is focused on literary hermeneutics, the study of understanding and interpretation of literary texts, and analytical aesthetics, the philosophical study of artworks.
On this channel, I talk about hermeneutics, aesthetics, and fiction books - mostly literary classics. My literary interests focus on Gothic Literature, Fantasy and Science Fiction as well as Magical Realism.
I hope you enjoy my videos!
