We use a wide variety of fitness modalities to improve your strength, flexibility, mobility, and endurance, so that you can become the best version of yourself possible. Many of our workouts include, but are not limited to: body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, deadlifts, indian clubs, gada or steel maces, medicine balls, resistance bands, and cable machines. Our workouts have been proven through my results as a Professional MMA fighter and through the results of my clients, ranging from fellow Professional fighters to hobbyists just looking for a good workout.
