The "Foundation for the Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets in the Republic of Armenia"(FPWC) was established in 2001. FPWC implements environmental projects in cooperation with professionals from various fields like ecologists, environmental law specialists as well as specialists in tourism and regional development. One of the main aims of FPWC is to shoot films focused on environmental issues in Armenia. These films are used as a teaching aid in environmental education in order to raise the public awareness for the preservation of Armenian biodiversity.
