Welcome to the Ohio Technology Consortium. OH-TECH is made up of three diverse member organizations: the Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC), the Ohio Academic Resources Network (OARnet) and the Ohio Library Information Network (OhioLINK). OH-TECH is the technology and information division of the Ohio Department of Higher Education. With offices on the west campus of The Ohio State University, OH-TECH and its member organizations serve an array of statewide audiences.
