Hi, I'm Georgina–a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 500hr).
My devoted love for yoga started when I got diagnosed with Lyme disease circa 2017. It was not any of the yoga poses that draw me to yoga, but because I was seeking healing. The consistency of my yoga practice and just showing up on my mat 3-5x daily literally changed my life. Little by little, I saw magical improvements in my health, physical appearance, even spiritual, mental and emotional state of being. Yoga did not just help heal a great chunk of my chronic pain, migraine, even improved my scoliosis... but as a former dancer back in my younger days, yoga filled that emptiness from my passion for movement. This yoga practice elevated my human experience by allowing me to fully connect with my body.
This is why I created my channel, to help walk you through your physical practice and eventually allow you to experience the magic of your mind and body connection. Thank you for being here. 🥰🙏🏽
