Welcome to my channel......where you'll find all kinds of goodies, from almost 15 years of work! This channel started out of my desire to teach my patients about home-remedies that were a bit off the beaten path, so that they could use those outside of our work in the office.
Since that time, my videos have been grown into a world-wide resource for health and healing, even featured on Netflix 'Ugly Food'!
Dr. Arjan comes from a family of Chiropractors and has studied the healing arts of Chiropractic, Applied Kinesiology, CranioSacral Therapy, Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and Nutrition for over 20 years. Along with treating patients she is also a teacher at the local college.
